Many Veterans have difficulty finding meaningful work in their post-service careers. Veterans have many talents and skills they developed while serving in the military that could be valuable to employers across Canada. However, unemployment among Veterans is twice as high as the national rate, and it gets very challenging for them to get a job.
Veterans’ most significant challenge in obtaining employment is translating military background into a work experience understandable by civilians. Finding a job while injured or meeting licensing requirements makes it even more complicated. Ensuring everyone who wants to work has access to the resources necessary to obtain a solid job is crucial to improving the situation.

RETVE web app is an innovative solution for planning post-military careers for Veterans. We understand that transition from military to civilian life could be challenging, so we offer a solution to ease that process. RETVE has a comprehensive approach to the Veterans’ adaptation process.
We offer a few modules, such as employment, virtual social meet-up, housing and government services. Combined with skills translation and resume-building features, that makes RETVE the unique system of adaptation and source of information.
